Strategic MinistriesEngaging the parish to develop and nurture programs and relationships that further the mission of the Church of the Redeemer within its walls and beyond by serving those in need and forming disciples of Christ. 1. Recruitment and organization of volunteers for outreach events. 2. Internal publicity about our mission partners, our involvement with them, and their needs. 3. Recommendation of recipients for Redeemer's Outreach Grants and recipients for the All-Parish Christmas and Easter Offerings. | ![]() St. Stephen’s Youth ProgramsSt. Stephen's is an Episcopal mission church in Boston's South End neighborhood providing services including an after-school program, a summer enrichment camp, a food pantry and lunches (check out this video of Rev. Mike discussing the food donations to St. Stephen's) . The after-school program (B-READY) supports 185 youth during the school year and its B-SAFE summer camp provides a safe place for 540 young people during the summer.

![]() FUELFUEL is a food drive to provide weekend food for students who rely on free or reduced-price breakfasts and lunches at school during the week. FUEL is working with six Newton elementary and middle schools and Newton North High School as well as St. Stephen's B-SAFE after-school program and the Epiphany School.
| Ecclesia MinistriesCommon cathedral (Ecclesia Ministries, Inc.) is an outdoor congregation, housed and un-housed, sharing God’s love through community, pastoral care, creative expression, and worship on Boston Common. We are non-proselytizing and ecumenical. We welcome and support all people.
