Music at the Redeemer Concert Series
Music at the Redeemer offers the parish and wider community a concert series of organ, choral, vocal and chamber programs, performed by splendid local, national and international artists.
The 2022-2023 Concert Series is divided into three sub-series; Cesar Franck, Skylark and Chamber & Vocal. The season opens celebrating Cesar Franck’s Bicentenary with performances of the composer's complete organ masterworks by four esteemed Boston organists, (Jeremy Bruns, Nigel Potts, Andrew Scanlon, and Andrew Sheranian) on our Schoenstein & Co. organ.
Three-time GRAMMY®-Nominee Skylark ensemble - one of the leading vocal ensembles in the United States, praised for their “gripping” performances and programming (London Times) will perform three concerts in what promises to be choral singing at its best!
Our chamber series features violinist Keila Wakao, (first prize winner in the 2021 Menuhin Violin Competition), Boston-based soprano Elaine Daiber, heralded for her “spectacular vocalism”, and Natasha Brofsky, cellist of the renowned Peabody Trio. Thank you to Keisuke Wakao for organizing the chamber and vocal series this year.
