B-SAFE 2009: It’s a Wrap!
After five weeks in the city serving more than 550 children and teens, the B-SAFE summer program wrapped up with a five-day overnight at the Barbara C. Harris Camp & Conference Center. As many of you know, the Redeemer supports St. Stephen’s, our partner church in the South End/Villa Victoria neighborhood, and their youth programs in many ways. This spring and summer, we helped make their diocesan-wide B-SAFE summer program possible through a Church Service League outreach grant, the gift of our Easter offering, and putting together a team of volunteers to prepare and serve three days of lunches to the 150 B-SAFE staff during their training week in June. Individual teens also volunteered for 1-2 weeks at a time in the program.

Seeking Piano Accompanist for Children’s Choir
This is a PAID POSITION and requires your availability every Sunday from 9:30-10:15 a.m. for choir rehearsal. Some Sundays off are built into the schedule. You will accompany the Choir approximately one service per month.
Position starts September 20th and runs through May 16th.

to get involved:
×Gather a group of 10 or more people from your school, parish, deanery or community to work together at one of the sites.
×Donate money
or supplies (paint, brushes, trash bags, gloves, water, snacks, etc.). Anyone interested in participating may contact Natalie Finstad at natalie@diomassintern.org.
