	Who runs Stewardship?

Volunteer-Based

Stewardship is volunteer-based supported by the administrative staff and Clergy .As the result of the significant efforts of the volunteers, the Redeemer is able to care  for the people and buildings that have been entrusted to it. 

The Stewardship Volunteer team involves over 50 parishioners consisting of:

• 2 Co-chairs, serving 2-3 year terms

• 1-2 Upcoming co-chairs

• 8-10 Stewardship Committee Members, who each serve as
  “Super-Shepherds”

• 40-60 Shepherds who ask for pledges from families in the parish

• A variety of volunteers who give time to off season activities mentioned above.   There is particularly strong cooperation between the Stewardship and the Treasury and Financial Office functions of the Redeemer.

If you have any interest in lending your skills to Stewardship, there are roles for everyone, even if you are uncomfortable with being on the front line asking for pledges.
