Eldercare at the Redeemer

Founded in 2009, the Eldercare Committee runs a luncheon series several times a year to address topics of interest to seniors and their adult children and caregivers.

  • "It's Your Move" Presentation on Moves Meant to Simplify, Sunday, May 6, 2012, at 11:15 am in the Porter Room

The committee meets regularly to define topics of interest and to choose speakers. The committee has also started an Eldercare lending bookshelf in the office hallway that includes a selection of interesting books and brochures on local communities and local senior resources.

Based on the success of the Eldercare Committee in its first year, the church is focusing more of its fellowship efforts in the direction of seniors. For information on senior fellowship opportunities, click here.
